Website Privacy Notice

1. Who we are

Integra Innovation Company Limited, 100/37 Moo 7, Modi Villa Rangsit 2, Suan Phrik Thai, Mueang Pathum Thani, Pathum Thani 12000, Thailand, is the data controller for the personal data you give us through pulse-i.com.

2. What this notice covers

This notice covers the pulse-i.com website and its demo and pilot request form. If you use PULSE itself (app.pulse-i.com), your account and usage data are covered by the PULSE Privacy Notice, shown when you register.

3. What we collect

• What you enter in the form: name, company, job title, phone, email, LINE ID (if given), roughly how many machines you have, and your message.
• Technical data needed to show the website, such as IP address and browser type, which our network provider processes to deliver pages and block attacks.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.

4. Why we use it

• To get back to you, arrange a demo and run a pilot you asked for (your consent in the form, and steps you asked for before a contract).
• To keep the website secure and stop spam (legitimate interests).

We will not send you marketing unless you give separate consent.

5. Who sees it

The Integra team handling sales and pilots, and these providers, which process data only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare — hosts the website and receives the form.
• Resend — delivers the form to our company inbox as an email.

These providers are located outside Thailand, so some of your data is transferred abroad. Where it is, we rely on the safeguards the PDPA requires for cross-border transfers. We do not sell your data.

6. How long we keep it

We keep it while we are in touch with you about a demo or pilot, and no longer than 2 years after our last contact, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect use before you withdrew). You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.
